Bez Kantów Art Rooms
Bez Kantów Art Rooms is a small hotel located in the heart of Old Town Warsaw. You will find us on the corner of Królewska and Krakowskie Przedmieście Street in a historic pre-war residential building.
Our 7 rooms and additional studio apartment combine mid-century modern furniture with stylish details. The hallway and rooms feature paintings by contemporary Polish artists, creating a unique experience in each space.
Check-in begins at 3 p.m., and check-out is at 11 a.m. on the day of departure. Our reception is staffed daily from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. - and there is always someone on site to welcome guests when they arrive. Please contact us to confirm your stay and inform us of your approximate arrival time. We look forward to your stay with us!

Below are photos and information about all of our rooms and the studio. Each space contains: a comfortable queen sized bed, TV, tea coffee and sweets, a water boiler, cosmetics, a hairdryer, and of course fresh linens and towels. Room requests are possible based on availability.
Room 2
This popular room has a lovely view of Krakowskie Przedmieśćie, and is wonderfully suitable for couples looking to take on Warsaw. Great for long or short stays!
Room 3
This cozy room has a lovely mid-century modern desk, and a shower in the room – making it ideal for singles, business trips, and shamelessly comfortable couples.
Room 4
Business trips don’t have to be boring – if you’re traveling alone and want a centrally-located space with a trendy design, then this is the room for you!
Room 5
With a queen sized bed, two pull out sofas, and a small table, this room is perfect for couples, small families, and longer Warsaw visits.
Room 6
With a small sofa that unfolds into a bed, this room is a great fit for small families or friends traveling together. Lots of space to relax after exploring Warsaw!
Room 7
This spacious room faces a quiet courtyard, and features a small desk and cozy sofa. It is great for solo travelers and couples alike!
Studio
Our studio apartment, located in another section of the building, is perfect for those who want privacy and independence. This top floor studio is packed with a full kitchenette, bathroom with laundry, table, closet space, and couch! Live in a historical building and feel like a Warsaw native.

Bez Kantów Art Rooms is located on ul. Królewska 2, in a historic tenement house called the Bez Kantów House.

Breakfast
Guests at Bez Kantów Art Rooms receive breakfast vouchers when they arrive. These vouchers can be redeemed at Sucré, a French bistro, which is a quick 100 meter stroll from the hotel.
A place worth recommending. Nice and helpful staff. Standard in the facility close to 4 stars, location and communication with the metro and airport - excellent.
Great location right next to the Bristol Hotel on Krakowskie Przedmieście. Walk to the old town about 15 minutes. Very clean and neatly furnished rooms. Very nice and obliging service. If someone likes to spend a good time in the old, historic part of the city in the evenings, wander the streets of the old town in the evening or at night, and at the same time not to use a taxi, this is the perfect location. I have already returned there 4 times because of the standard, price and location.
I liked everything - from a very nice area to a general one hotel decor and very nice service. I have recommended this place to my friends and colleagues, the next time I am in Warsaw, it is my choice number one! ❤
